I like that type of pictures, you have all these crazy details and no background information, so you're just left to speculate. Obviously it seems like a reference to something, but let's put that aside.

Look at that earpiece she has, and that dress, you know, at first she seemed like some sorta super mage, now she reminds more of a this pony always on the run, talkin' to other ponies on the earpiece. That's also a rather strong hoof stomp, what's going on with that? Is she trying to do something magical? Crazy times.
